Burns Charest Secures Pre-Trial Resolution for Liquidating Trustee in Colorado Breach of Contract Case

Burns Charest LLP is pleased to report that the firm has achieved a successful pre-trial resolution for its client, the Liquidating Trustee for the Nighthawk Energy bankruptcy estate, on breach of contract claims brought one year ago against a professional engineering firm for allegedly reckless work it performed for Nighthawk in Colorado’s Arikaree Creek Field.
