The firm’s Daniel Charest is featured on the recently-published list of the “Best-In-State Lawyers” by the editors of Forbes. There are 17 Texas attorneys recognized by the publication, in practice areas that include antitrust, commercial litigation, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and personal injury.

The publication notes that the list was created through a rigorous, multi-stage process of researching, evaluating and rating thousands of candidates. Attorneys from law firms of all sizes and scopes are included – from small practices to litigation boutiques to major national firms.

This is just the latest honor for Daniel, who is annually recognized among the top litigators in Texas, and the nation, for his impressive record of accomplishments by a number of guides to the legal profession, including Chambers USA, Texas Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers and Lawdragon. In 2020 Daniel was honored as “Attorney of the Year” by Texas Lawyer and named among a select group of “Winning Litigators” by the National Law Journal.
