Burns Charest partners Warren Burns, Daniel Charest and Darren Nicholson continue to receive plaudits among the legal industry’s elite with their selection as 2026 Texas Super Lawyers. 

Mr. Burns and Mr. Charest have been recognized annually since 2019 and Mr. Nicholson since 2017 by Super Lawyers, which selects the top 5% of the state’s lawyers based on professional accomplishments and other criteria.
