Morgan Buller


Morgan represents clients in an array of complex matters including oil and gas royalty disputes, mass tort and class action cases, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Burns Charest, Morgan worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in Fort Worth where she gained experience in a variety of practice areas, with an emphasis on Texas oil and gas matters and mass tort litigation.

Morgan received her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. During law school, Morgan honed her passion for client advocacy and developed litigation skills as a competitor on MSU’s Commercial Arbitration Team where she served as Team Captain.

While involved with the arbitration team, Morgan’s team finished consecutive seasons as National Semi-Finalists and National Finalists. Morgan also served as a Research Assistant for MSU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. In this capacity, Morgan worked on West Practice Book updates for the Michigan Pleading and Practice dual volume series focused on ADR, along with a myriad of research projects involving mediation and arbitration.
