Brandi R. Hamilton joined Burns Charest as Of Counsel in September 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the realm of plaintiff-side complex litigation, including mass torts and product liability cases. Brandi is committed to seeking justice for her clients, and believes that everyone deserves a fair shake in our courtrooms across the country. She is a steadfast advocate for the underprivileged and marginalized, always striving to be their voice in the legal arena.

At Burns Charest, Brandi represents a diverse array of clients in civil litigation matters, encompassing every stage from pre-trial procedures to appellate advocacy.
