Two New Orleans Attorneys Earn Repeat Recognition as ‘Rising Stars’

Two Burns Charest attorneys in the firm’s New Orleans office have again been named as Louisiana Rising Stars, an honor designed to highlight professional achievement among the next generation of legal talent.
Attorney Leila Abu-Orf is being recognized for the fifth consecutive year and attorney Claire Bosarge Curwick for the second, each for demonstrating excellence in the practice area of Class Action & Mass Torts.
Inclusion on the “Rising Stars” list is a distinction given only to the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 or those who have been practicing law for 10 years or less.
Selections are made through a patented, multiphase process that includes independent research as well as peer nominations and evaluations.
